a Message from Pastor Randy Boyte

Pastor Randy Boyte

""I was born into a rich Christian heritage.

I have a great legacy before me. My dad was a pastor for almost forty years before he passed away in 1994.

My mother was a great servant of the Lord. She worked and served in the church in almost every capacity imaginable before she passed away in 2003.

While my parents were raising my brother Jim, (who is also a pastor) and I, we were taught that serving the LORD was the only way to reach happiness. Guess what? Mom and Dad were right! I was called to preach at the young age of 17, however I did not succumb fully to the call until August of 1993.

At which time I became the pastor of Elm Ridge Church. Some say that I have plenty of dents in my armor from all that I went through while working in the world but I can honestly say, "God has used all of my experiences in the world for HIS glory!"

We believe that the main thrust of our church's ministry is, "We do not care who you are, where you have been, or what you have done." You are always welcome at Elm Ridge Church! My ministry which is all about HIM (Jesus Christ), has been richly blessed by the prayers and support of my awesome wife, Margaret.

She is and always will be the love of my life. We were high school sweethearts and GOD has richly blessed our union; as we have served the Lord.

God has blessed us with one child, (a daughter) Sheri. She has married a godly man that pastors a church within our community.

GOD is good!

We hope you will come to worship with us at Elm Ridge Church. ""
